A performing arts practitioner working at the intersection of creativity, human behavior, and team development.

Currently pursuing her PhD at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, where her research explores the role of performing arts in learning, expression, and collaboration.

Her work integrates performing arts, experiential learning, and research to help individuals and teams unlock creativity, strengthen communication, and build more expressive and collaborative work cultures.

Through InSync, she facilitates interactive workshops and leadership sessions that use theatre, movement, and creative practices to activate ownership, empathy, and authentic team engagement.
